The customer required the design, production and commissioning of:
Two automatic machines TL700/S for binding rings made of steel wire with a preset number of turns and with a wound final knot. ATS Binding Ring Machine allows up to 10 turns with different dimensions and diameters (up to 7 mm). The machine is fully automatic.
The supply will also include the auxiliary mechanical equipment, hydraulic circuit, electrical and automation system.
The system consists of a frame made of electrowelded steel profiles supporting a horizontal unwinding pole where the wire coil is loaded. An arm with a pulley controls the regular unwinding of loops.
This includes the inclined device equipped with two collecting arms. Once the first arm is full, the device will be turned manually by 180° positioning the second arm in a loading position while the first arm can be unloaded.
