The collaboration between Acciaierie Venete and AIC continues for the automation and safety at Buja plant.
Following the implementation of the robotic stacker, AIC received an order for the automation of the control part of the rolling mill, the shears and the cooling bed entry line.
In this project, AIC worked on the rolling mill, the stands, specifically all most critical control systems were implemented: master cascade speed control, loop and tension control, the three intermediate shears (clutch brake and start stop) and on the cooling bed entry line with start stop shear, slider and rakes.
