TENSION & LOOP CONTROL


The tension regulator has to carry out a fine regulation of the speed reference of the stands to maintain a constant tension or push on the material between two stands.

The digital loop regulators are designed to adjust the speed references of the stands in order to form the loop between them, keep the loop height at a set value and recover the loop at the end of the billet.
