Robotics Installation and Commissioning Specialist
OPPORTUNITY:
The role requires the installation and assembly of robotic islands, installation of electrical components, testing and inspection, diagnosis and troubleshooting of technical problems, and preventive and corrective maintenance.

RESPONSABILITIES:
- Mounting and assembly of robotic islands according to technical specifications and mechanical drawings.
- Installation of electrical components and wiring within the robotic islands.
- Performing function tests and inspections to ensure correct assembly and operation of the islands.
- Diagnosis and resolution of technical problems, both mechanical and electrical.
- Preventive and corrective maintenance of robotic islands to minimise downtime and maximise productivity.
- Collaboration with the engineering team to make improvements and modifications to existing designs.
- Compliance with safety regulations and company procedures during all phases of work.
- Documentation of activities performed and compilation of intervention and maintenance reports.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience of at least 3-5 years in the mechanical and electrical assembly of industrial machinery, preferably robotic islands.
- Thorough knowledge of reading circuit diagrams and mechanical drawings.
- Skill in handling measuring instruments and workshop tools.
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical safety regulations.
- Ability to problem solve and work independently.
- Excellent communication skills and aptitude for teamwork.
- Willingness to travel for customer installations and maintenance work.
