Not to forget the youth sector, which is the true pride of the Vice President, who admits: "I pay the most attention to the youth sector; foundations are built from the ground up. We have an important youth sector, and it's no accident that we introduced five youth players into the first team and gave them their debut last season. Talents are nurtured and valued by throwing them into the mix if they prove they deserve it. It's a clear sign of a youth philosophy that we intend to uphold." He continues: "Even at AIC, success is built on the youth; we have an average age of 32, and the atmosphere is youthful and jovial. Believing in the youth also means entrusting them with responsibilities, and we educate them on accountability from the very beginning."
