AIC AICADEMY
In 2021, we kicked off our first internal AICademy at our operative headquarters in Torbole Casaglia (BS).
The objective is to continuously offer the chance to learn from resources with more experience. To be able to work freely and to approach each project with more calm, all the major subjects of interest are covered through several meetings. On the theoretical side, a lot of work is done, but more importantly on the operational and practical side: they are given precise instructions on what to do when specific errors are discovered and the best practices.
Also, starting in 2023, the AIC-WIKI, a personal Wiki port, will have access to all experience baggage.
ENCOUNTER US - PARTNERSHIPS & WORKSHOPS
Throughout the year, we host many University lectures in our offices and travel directly to the institutes to share our direct experience. In addition, there is the opportunity for training, even abroad, in the best facilities, as well as workshops and e-learning/master courses to improve one's skills. We also organize team-building activities to improve cohesion and soft skills.

At the start of your journey with us, you will always be guided by a reference tutor who will point you in the right direction. It will also serve as a reference for your first projects in the works.

This is why it is also called vertical individual expansion. The content and composition of some of your work may change, and you will face a diversification of tasks.
