The first project is related to the upgrade of CCM in Brescia and foresees the electrical and automation equipment for the control of new Oscillators.
The scope of supply includes:
- N°2 Power center for low voltage supply of new equipment
- N°1 MCC cabinet for control of hydraulic and common auxiliary units
- New hardware GE PLC for the logic control and management of new Oscillators and Stirrers
- N°1 Local control desk suited as test station
- Upgrade of local casting command stations
- PLC software development for the control of sine curve of Oscillators, Stirrers & media units
- Upgrade of HMI system through new SCADA screens and OP screens
- Interface with Vesuvius system and integration of SCADA screens
- Engineering and technical documentation
- Equipment tests, commissioning and production assistance
